srsy07Taking time off from work (and your boss) is something that employees look forward to. It does not matter what degree you have earned whether it is IT degree, medical or any other degree; there will come a point when vacation is much needed. To make the vacation possible, sending a vacation leave application is a must.
The letter should be concise and the content should mention the reasons and support the objective. But there is need to sight different situations, do not write long stories in the letter. Be respectful of the reader’s time, not all people have time to read long letters. Use simple sentences in the letter to avoid confusion in the reader’s mind. If you haven’t written one before, don’t be afraid even people who doesn’t have an IT degree will be able to write one if you just follow my tips 🙂
Vacation leave letters should be direct to the point. The days of absence must be provided for this is the most important part of the letter!
