When traveling, you may want to start thinking about your healthy diet the minute you board the plane. As much as possible, avoid the in-flight beverage cart. Most especially avoid the regular soda that they serve; it is better to drink lots of water during the flight.

There are several researches that showed that in-flight beverages are way beyond from being healthy.

Even if you are far from home, it does not give you excuses to keep your body fit and healthy. You would definitely not want people to mention you gained weight once you head back home.

So it’s better to prevent it than resolve the weight problem you may have; there were already a number of people victimized by the acai scam, and you would not want to become one of them.
